RE: Melanie Feyerherm (By: Johnny Levy)

RE: Melanie Feyerherm
By: Johnny Levy, Sales Manager, DataJoe LLC

I worked with Melanie Feyerherm from 2008 to 2010 at DataJoe LLC. I was the Sales Manager, and Melanie came on board after me as the Training Specialist, and was later promoted to oversee communications and community development for the company. I have had the opportunity to observe Melanie on countless occasions. We have teamed up to work on many initiatives together. Based on this, I can confidently illustrate the characteristics that make Melanie a unique contributor to the work environment. To sum up, Melanie is an excellent, focused worker who thrives in a team environment. She is considerate, diplomatic, and easy to work with. She exhibits the specific character strengths of orderliness and discretion.

RE: Marta Edmonds (By: Johnny Levy)

RE: Marta Edmonds
BY: Johnny Levy, Sales Manager, DataJoe LLC

At the time I am writing this reference, I have been working closely with Marta for about two months. I work for a software company called DataJoe, and Marta works for Source Media, Inc. as a project manager. We have been working intensely on a very large project with a tight deadline; I have been coordinating from the vendor side, while she has been coordinating from the client side. Suffice it to say, in this high pressure situation, I think I have seen some of the best and worst of her, as she has of me. I have worked with many project managers with many companies; but it is pure admiration that guides my pen in this circumstance. Marta has a rare combination of character qualities that make her an incredibly effective and powerful project manager.

RE: Tessa Anderson (By Johnny Levy)

I have known Tessa for several years. I originally met Tessa when I was a training manager for DataJoe, a software company. I was conducting software training for the Colorado Springs Business Journal, which had licensed DataJoe software, and Tessa was one of several trainees. Since then I have interacted with Tessa at several points across the years, and she stands out as an enthusiastic, creative, and loyal individual.

Character Reference: Johnny Levy (By Adam Nussbaum)

I had the pleasure of working with Johnny Levy at Dominos where he was working part-time as a driver (in addition to his full-time job as a sales manager) and I was a shift leader.

It's pretty easy to share my thoughts on Johnny's character. The glass is much more than half full, and there won't be any need for editing or spin. In my own words, I would describe him as a trustworthy, selfless, wise, professional and positive person with a good sense of humor, and great social skills. Johnny doesn't approach his job as a list of tasks to get through, or a list of "dos and don'ts," but always seems to understand the bigger picture and the value of his role (whatever it might be), always maintaining an awareness of larger priorities and performing to the best of his ability.

Quick Commendation: Johnny Levy (By Isaiah B.)

Enthusiasm is expressing joy in each task as I give it my best effort.

Johnny and I live together (he is my step dad), so I know Johnny. Let me tell you something; when Johnny is doing something he gives his full attention to that task. Also when that task is completed, or takes a turn for the better; he gets ecstatic.

Johnny's enthusiasm assures you that when you give him a task, it will be done to the fullest!

Sincerely, Isaiah B.

Character Reference: Adam Nussbaum

I worked with Adam Nussbaum for several months in 2010. I was a part-time delivery driver at Dominos Pizza, and he was a shift leader. I was working as a delivery driver in addition to my day job as a sales manager for a software company. I have been involved in the hiring process in previous jobs; and therefore I recognize good work habits and character qualities. As a result of my experiences, I can confidently illustrate the characteristics that distinguish Adam as an employee.
